Change encoding to support more characters

Thanks for sharing this API Wrapper, it has made my life easier and I really appreciate it.

I had some problem with image text that includes åäöÅÄÖ, the rest service return them encoded as \u00E5 , but  the wrapper reads them as ASCII and the result is that they renders as "??" in the end.

To fix this, change the follwing line in, SmugMugAPI.cs.

Line 627:  temp = Encoding.ASCII.GetString(buffer, 0, count);

To this: temp = Encoding.UTF8.GetString(buffer, 0, count);

Thanks for the help, I've made the change and checked it in.  I'll spin another setup package with the fix as soon as I can.
